CliftonStrengths Assessment
This one-on-one 2-hour session focuses on a client's goal or next step by using the output of the CliftonStrengths assessment. In this session, we will review a client's CliftonStrengths themes, ensure that client can see themselves in those themes, and use those themes to address their challenges or achieve their goals.

Whether part of the 2-hour session or a broader program, there can be many layers to the usefulness of this CliftonStrengths report. It's contents remind us of our natural talents, it can be repurposed for use in a resume or on LinkedIn, and/or it can be mined for sound bytes when preparing for a call or an interview..

I use this tool as a foundation for my work with clients;
-
Helps me quickly understand my clients if the report
resonates with them. -
Becomes a common language to use their talents to
identify and achieve their goals.
